Our “Christmas with Duck” demonstration group cooking class will teach you how to impress this Christmas.

Sit back and learn a range of duck tips, tricks and recipe ideas from our duck chefs. In this demonstration class, learn how to simplify your Christmas Cooking whilst creating an impressive spread of duck dishes. From entrée to mains and desert, sit back, relax and sample each dish.

My husband Mark & I absolutely loved the class, very informative, Wendy is a great demonstrator, very knowledgable & welcomed questions throughout. A great variety of recipes were demonstrated with plenty to taste, all delicious, we especially loved the Chinese Style Braised Duck Legs & of course the Duck Fat Roast Potatoes, we certainly didn’t go home hungry! This was a really sensational class – information was clear from the instructors speech and the overhead projection to see what was being prepared. All recipes were covered in the handout that we got to take away, plus tips for other ideas given as we went along. It provided great ideas for Christmas and catering for parties, as well as at-home dishes. And we got to sample the dishes as we went along as well as a discount on any produce we purchased – perfect!

Wonderful short, demonstration course. The facilities are excellent – clean, bright and spacious. Staff and demonstrator in particular were well-prepared and the demonstration was apparently effortless. I learned a great deal in a very short period. The recipe pages supplied were very detailed and user-friendly. Tastings on good china and with proper cutlery was both unexpected and excellent. Altogether a really very good experience and well worth the small fee.
